At Tripleknot Clothing, we design with intention and quality in mind. We stand behind our products. If your purchase does not meet expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Tripleknot Clothing reserves the sole right to determine whether returned merchandise meets eligibility standards.
Returns that do not comply may be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

Tripleknot Clothing does not operate a return portal.

Unauthorized returns or returns sent without written approval may be refused and will not be processed.
3. Return Shipping & Risk of Loss

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Tripleknot Clothing does not provide prepaid return labels.

A valid tracking number is required.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment until it is delivered and confirmed received at our warehouse.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged return shipments.
Returns are processed through our main warehouse in China. International return shipping costs may vary.
4. Sizing Responsibility
Each product page includes a specific size chart. Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements before purchase.

Returns due to incorrect size selection remain the customer’s responsibility.

Minor measurement deviations (1–3 cm) may occur due to manufacturing tolerances and do not qualify as defects.
If a product materially differs from the published size chart, photo evidence must be provided for review.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Failure to notify within this period may result in denial of the claim.
We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective or damaged.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact Tripleknot Clothing directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback while retaining merchandise may constitute abuse and may result in:

We reserve the right to contest all unjustified disputes with documented proof of delivery and policy agreement.
10. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

are not eligible for free reshipping. Reshipping fees must be paid prior to dispatch.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripleknot Clothing shall not be liable for:
